a reunion

i drove down to LA to meet up w/ some long time friends ... and got a pleasant surprise when i saw a friend i have not seen for nearly 14 years.  i just love having people that i've known for so long still apart of my life.  x

we went to a beautiful + simple backyard wedding of our dear friends.  The bride was gorgeous & the groom was handsome.  It was the perfect day for an outdoor wedding. congrats friends!

this picture always makes me feel so relaxed. a beautiful image of the open road & big blue sky, it's perfect for the FULL day we have ahead of us: 1. buy me a new phone (my iphone officially died last night ... have had that thing for almost 4 years. RIP iphone 3G, you will be replaced by an even better one), 2. memorial service & 3. a backyard wedding,   very excited about # 1 & 3!

can't believe we celebrated our ONE-YEAR anniversary in may! such a surreal moment for us both ... it feels like we just got married last week, but also like i've known this man for many many years.  looking forward to many more adventures + anniversaries. thank you babe for your constant love.
